By accessing our website or engaging Smart Ads Works for marketing, advertising, or automation services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service.
We provide digital advertising, search engine marketing, social media management, conversion rate optimization, and AI automation. Detailed deliverables, campaign timelines, and fee structures are specified in individual service agreements.
Clients are responsible for providing necessary creative assets, access to advertising accounts, operational data, and timely feedback/approvals required to execute ad campaigns successfully.
Service fees are billed as outlined in our agreements. Standard campaigns are billed monthly in advance. Ad spends are paid directly by the client to the respective platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.) unless agreed otherwise.
Unless specified, all original landing page designs, ad creatives, and copywriting developed exclusively for a client will become their property upon full payment of services.
